Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
  • Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged

Proof of Purchase Requirement

To process a return, refund, or exchange, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase. This includes your order confirmation email or invoice. Please attach a copy of the invoice or order confirmation when you contact us, and keep your postal receipt and tracking details when sending the item back. We cannot process returns without proof of purchase.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely

How to Return

  • Email us at contact@reliquelondon.com with your order number, invoice copy, and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  • Pack your item securely in its original packaging and send it to us.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Please note: Shipping costs (including green delivery and express delivery) are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery (subject to stock availability).
  • To arrange an exchange, email contact@reliquelondon.com with your invoice and order number, and we will confirm the next steps.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
